With more than 40 years of experience, in addition to screen printing, hot stamping, flexo printing and varnishing modules, we configure the line with multiple finishing solutions, such as laminating group, die-cut parts suction unit, application second label/lamination different substrates to register, simple film lamination with or without glassine; patented system of doming 3d. Finally, the new flat cylindrical screen printing module is added to the range of printing units and solutions, to expand the customer’s choice according to specific requests.

Adhesive Label Screen Printing and Print Finishing lines. As always, we presented at Label Expo Europe with innovative equipment that exceed customer expectations. At LABELEXPO Europe 2019 in Brussels, Prisma can answer the needs of customers looking for productive, high quality, robust and reliable equipment. The innovative SERIPRINT-350 and LF-350 modular lines guarantee the printing and perfect finishing of high precision and refined labels. In September 2019 at Labelexpo Europe Prisma renewed its presence with the finishing machine LF-350, complete for those who want a flexible machine and at the same time a guarantee of high performance, with many interesting technological innovations. The line was equipped with one rotative flexo varnishing unit, a printing and varnishing flexo semirotative group, one screen printing and a hot foil stamping modules, a new label registered application group, a semi rotary die cutter. Research and innovation in the manufacture and assembly of the components are designed to ensure high production speed standards without losing the precision and quality of the print.
