Rewinder-scrap remover

Automatic rewinder-scrap remover with longitudinal cutting device of the material, equipped with two independent adjustable-speed expandable shafts, one of which for the rewinding of the printed reels, scrapped and cut material, and one for the recovery of the scrap.

Rewinder shaft with brushless for diameter 800 reel.
Scrap rewinder shaft in contact, with pneumatic pressure adjustment.
On request, 3rd additional rewinding shaft group at head height, reel diameter max 400 mm.
Paper feed control by optical sensors.
Paper feed group with adjustable speed, equipped with a heating plate to facilitate the separation of the scrap.
Longitudinal cutting unit, blade/anvil blade or cutter cutting unit, with crosswise adjustable blades.
