Flat cylindrical screen printing module

Screen printing module format up to 350×400 mm, suitable for printing both solid backgrounds and writing in various sizes. The larger printing surface allows for further variability in the composition of the different poses. This module offers an alternative or simultaneous solution to the 350×350 fixed frame screen printing module.

During printing, the frame moves on an inclined plane, while the squeegees and flood coater alternate up/down movement from a fixed position to apply the ink. A recovery system collects excess ink for reuse.

It is optional on complete lines, with number of modules according to customer requirements.
